China Brasserie begins a new chapter in Burgess Hill, bringing our passion for authentic Chinese cuisine and warm hospitality to a new community.

William brings years of experience as a seasoned head chef, with a deep understanding of traditional Chinese cooking, combining skilled craftsmanship with a careful balance of flavours. Mandy brings a strong background in hospitality, creating welcoming dining experiences that keep guests coming back.

The focus remains simple: excellent food, thoughtful service, and a dining experience that feels both familiar and special.
